Folding tips

  • Step 9: first mountain fold the sides; this makes dividing into thirds easier.

Paper & size

When folded from a 49cm square, the model ends up 25cm long and about 11cm in height and 7cm wide, depending on how it is sculpted. The model can be flattened.

Brown armadillo with three-digited toes and armored shell. Folded from double tissue paper. This model features a somewhat differently folded head, which allows for a more rounded shape and reverse-colored eyes.
